Tdap vaccination booster All 6th grade students must have the Tdap vaccination booster before entering 7th grade. The school nurse will be having a clinic at school. Consents were sent home with students who are in need of the immunization. If you prefer to have the vaccination at your child's provider, proof of immunization must be provided to the school nurse.
